Purpose
These guidelines cover user-generated content (UGC) on My Joy of Giving, including listings, campaign text, messages, and photos.
Be accurate and respectful
- Share truthful descriptions of items, food, and needs.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent NGOs or campaigns.
- Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate.
Prohibited content (examples)
- Illegal goods or activities.
- Fraudulent fundraising or misleading emergency claims.
- Sexual, violent, or exploitative content.
- Spam, malware, or scraped personal data.
Moderation
My Joy of Giving may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Final enforcement policy will be confirmed by the owner.
Reporting
Report concerns via Help / Support or Contact. Do not use reporting to harass others.
