My Joy of Giving retains information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Typical categories (to be confirmed)
- Account data: kept while the account is active and for a limited period after deletion request processing.
- Transactional donation / assignment records: kept as needed for operational history and compliance.
- Support messages: kept as needed to resolve requests.
- Security logs: kept for a limited security window.

Status
Specific retention periods are intentionally not stated as final numbers until counsel and operations confirm them.
